The person under me has absolutely no idea what their talking about, cut out junk food? Dumbass. There's more to face fat then just cut out junk food, what a stupid person. Please don't give them a rating, and if you do, give them a one because their advice really sucked, and cutting out junk food won't help you lost extra fat on your face. =(
Anyways.. =) Sorry about that, I just hate people that say cut out junk food, because just cutting out junk food isn't going to do much.
It depends, if you're overweight, then dieting & exercising can help lose weight on your face area, which you probably already knew.
But if you're skinny, then dieting won't help at all on your face fat.
You'll have to exercise [cardio.] and build some muscle to help speed the weight loss. Eventually you'll lose weight. The weight you'll lose through the face may take a little longer, then everywhere else.
I searched for you online, and I found this:
The chubbiness that you refer to on your face may very well disappear on its own. Our bodies are constantly undergoing change and interfering with its natural processes can be harmful. Eating healthy and exercising are the best ways to lose weight safely and feel good about you. =)
