sorry if this is kinda gross but when you have a tampon in when you go to the bathroom do you hold the string or let it hang?

well...this should be in the health section where all the gross questions usually are found..but most girls i guess just pee and dont touch it, watever you do...please wash your hands

Well, I'd suggest switching to a fresh one during these potty breaks. If not, then you should just leave it alone.

you can just let it hang. its fine, it will get wet and its okay, and you can just wipe like normal too.

every time you use the bathroom with a tampon in, u're suppose to take it out and put a fresh one in when you're done doing your business.
its ok, its not that gross, i mean all of us girls go through it and start off not knowing anything with whats going on. if you ever need anymore advice on this subject or another just ask me and i'll help you out.
