Hey.I love food, i cant get enough of it. But, my question is...how do i stop eating every second, and only eat during meal times.

Maybe give some free advice about: Health? orphans answered Friday September 2 2005, 9:41 pm: maybe you just start eating because you're bored. a lot of people do that. just chew gum often. it's ok to have a small snak after school, because that's probably when you're most hungry, just eat a really small healthy snak. as you start eating less and less, your body get's used to it, and you're blatter starts getting smaller and smaller, so then you start getting full more easily. just get into the habit of eating a small snak after school, and then you'll get used to it.

ADViCEx4xY0U answered Friday September 2 2005, 9:28 pm: Hey. I used to have the same exact problem. I would be so bored & I would just eat for something to do. To stop this, I started chewing gum & keeping busy, that way I would only eat during meals. Good luck!
FireFairy141 answered Friday September 2 2005, 7:50 pm: It's all about self control. Or you can snack on really healthy things! Like fruit salad or carrots or somthing!! It may sound gross, but a peach really does taste better than a tastykake or somthing of that nature! I would suggest for super snack-age peaches, plums, apples with low-fat yogurt, carrots, celery with peanut butter (yum), or anything else that is super healthy! It's not bad to snack during the day, but you should try to snack well.
