new in the world refers to something that is going to happen, and history that we dont know refers that we dont know whats in fron tof us. if you think about it tomorows future is todays now and yestordays past or histroy.

hm. Let's see if I can bust this mystery. lol. I'm pretty good with words. Seems to me it means we have no theoretical way of telling what will happen in the future, we know everything that's going on in the present because we're living it, but being that we weren't actually there, there is some history we don't know of because it was never a written record, or passed down. And it's new, because no one knows of it or about it. Kind of exciting as well! When you think about it maybe there's a huge secret about some event that could drastically change history as we know it, but it's complete behind the scenes, and not known to mankind as of yet. Perhaps we'll never know everything! Tehee. Well, hope this makes sense, it should, I'm just a rambler! OK, good luck now!

Basically it's saying that history repeats itself, which is true.
People care so little about their history nowadays--it's sad. People from other countries know more about us than we know ourselves.
And when you don't know what mistakes people made in the past, how are you supposed to prevent yourself from making them in the future?
Learn your history! It's very important that you do. An extensive knowledge of world history will help you out in so many different ways--no kidding.

it means that everything we do in this world has already been done we just dont know it. it also means that there will never be any thing new or new ideas because it has aleady been done!

i think it means like we dont know EVERYTHING that is happening around the world and what happens everyday and that is the past (also history) or it can mean like the only new thing in YOUR world is the history You dont know about. hope this helps you out.
