If the doctor says that you are overweight, they can give you advice and suggestions on how to safely lose the weight. [ ncblondie's advice column | Ask ncblondie A Question ]
Razhie answered Thursday September 1 2005, 2:09 pm: You see a doctor. It is hard for us, based on your question to tell if you are really eating too little. You might be just fine, and not being as hungry because you eat less and are more active, or you might be depriving your body of nutrients it really needs.
Being thin is not worth making yourself sick, stunting your growth or messing up your life. So get a professionals opinion on what and how much you should be eating. [ Razhie's advice column | Ask Razhie A Question ]
Xo_GiulMare_oX answered Thursday September 1 2005, 12:17 pm: Every girl wants to lose weight. Somtimes it's just a matter of toning up. Just because the pounds don't drop doesn't mean your body's not looking better. If i were you I'd just cut down on snacks, eat 3 meals regularly, and do some crunches. Don't over do it. And if you're not hungry...don't eat. Just don't starve yourself.
Laura answered Thursday September 1 2005, 12:06 pm: Not being hungry as often is normal for a healthy diet. Your stomach literally shrinks. When it's bigger, it gets less full and empty quicker, so you're hungry a lot. But when it's small, it only takes a little to fill it up, and it stays full for a long time. BUT if you're starting to get sick a lot, slow down. Losing a lot of weight really quickly is NOT good for your body, so take it slow and stay healthy.
t0xicParadiSe answered Thursday September 1 2005, 11:39 am: if you keep getting sick i think you should just get off the diet and eat normally
not eating properly could lead to serious problems that could harm your body
if you want to lose weight just exercise daily and eat healthy
cut back on the junk food and drink more water not soda
