does anyone know any free music downloaders that wont give your computer viruses? (not limewire though because it slowed my comp down a lot)

And while I've never ever ever had a problem with viruses and spyware as a result of Bearshare, this is not to say that it can't happen. It's possible.. on ANY site, so just be aware of this..

I suggest "Ares". It's a really good downloader. I haven't had any problem with it, nor have I had any viruses because of it. You can find every song you want and it's really fast. For the downloader, just go to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) and search up "Ares".

Shareaza. it works really well. connects quickly. doesn't cost anything. & prevents virus & trojans from seeing what your downloading.

WINMX is the one i use it doesn't slow your computer down and it dont cost anything for the old one

i use winmx
i use the old version tho, i think you might have to pay to upgrade it. still works pretty well tho, and its free and ive never had computer problems because of it
