I am fat. I am about 5'0 and I wear a size 13. If I measer my stmach of my vignia area ( if you know what I mean.. It is two inches, so I really want a flat stomach. I go to cheerleading every saterday & sunday from 3 to 5 and we work out alot! That is so exercise. I was to loose weight ( enough to get a flat stomch) as soon as I can, like in two weeks but whenever I can. I hate perople calling me fat so I want to be skinny so I will look good in a two peice. I will go to realy good levels like extreem levels (as long as it is not starving myself). I am also really picky, the only vegtable I like is corn. So help!!

Maybe give some free advice about: Health? grrowl<3 answered Saturday June 24 2006, 6:53 pm: ok well the first thing to do is look at your diet what kind of foods do you eat and whta time of the day?? don't try starving yourself because the next time you eat your body will save all the fat beacause it think you wont feed it again and if you only eat like onece or twice a day it slows down your matabolism. so eat alot of little healthy meals. and you should go on a no bread or pasta diet if you want to loose wieght fast most of the fat we gain is from carbs but you do need some for energy. also work out every day not just saturdays and sunday i , myself am a cheerleader and yes i know they work you out lots and lots for conditioninge you should try conditioning everyday at least for 30 minutes. so basically eat healthy little meals throughout the day to speed up your metabolism and exercise everyday trust it'll work. Well i'm glad that you're getting good exercise but i think that you should do a little bit more than that also. Here's what worked for me (i used to be just like you. but now i'm a size 5!! can u believe it :) ) one day you should take a 30min. bike ride, and the next day you take a brisk WALK around the neighborhood or street for 30mins., the next day you bike ride for 30mins., and the next day you take a brisk WALK for 30mins. (every other day you alternate from 30mins of bike riding to 30mins or brisk walking) *try your hardest not to half to take any breaks durring your bike rides and walks. try doing 10 sit ups a day, then 20 the next day, then 30, then 40, then 50. (don't go higher than 100 b/c thats just too much and it may not be healthy)Then stick to that number of sit ups every day. Trust me, this will work! Good luck and keep me posted please!!! babigirl500 answered Thursday August 25 2005, 10:41 pm: first off..im totally like this!! and i do cheerleading 3 days a week 10-12, and im wicked picky and everything..and im only 4'11 and im like size 11-13 and ppl call me fat all the time! so anyways...first to make you feel better its probably just baby fat(like me, im 13) and you probably have another growth spurt to go and you will loose all that fat , but if you wanna loose it ,you should excerise daily!(walking running crunches etc, make it routine) and only eat when your hungry..alot of people eat when there bored so get some hobbies. also eat small porpotions...you can loose 10 pds in one week if you eat only whats in the frigdge and like no sugar..such as apples oranges yogurt milk applesuace etc. 10 PDS thats a lot for one week..so try it and let me know how this all works for ya! and dont loose faith in it you will get tere if you set your mind to it!=) [ babigirl500's advice column | Ask babigirl500 A Question ]
Mackenzie answered Thursday August 25 2005, 10:32 pm: The trick to losing weight isn't solely to eat vegetables. You can still eat CAKE if you'd like, just eat in SMALL PORTIONS!! Though, the less cake ya eat.. the faster you will see results.
I suggest you cut out the EXTREMELY unhealthy foods, such as WHITE bread [substitute it with wheat], cake products, ice cream, hamburgers, and soda... [if you're used to consuming A LOT of it] you can see a MAJOR difference within the first two weeks, ALONE, if you cut out soda. My friend did this.. and we were both shocked to all hell at the amount of weight she lost!

As I said before, eat SEVERAL SMALL portions a day. Say, have an apple and a piece of cheese, two hours later have a few crakers, and an hour later have one piece of wheat toast, and so on and so forth, ya know??? Little intakes of food like that gives your body time to digest it properly. You see, it's better than eating one or two huge meals a day, because with one or two massive meals, your body takes too long to catch up, and it can not burn the calories quick enough. Meaning, it then just quits trying, which ultimately turns the contents into body fat..
As far as exercise goes, cheerleading is great! Also, jogging and walking will do your body well! Jump roping is another great way to slim down, but mostly... bike riding. Bike ride.. and you will be amazed, just AMAZED at the transition.
Really, just exercise daily, and stay dedicated. Losing weight takes a lot of discipline...
jj_u_i_c_y answered Thursday August 25 2005, 10:17 pm: well first of all the only one who can truley hurt you is you. so dont take anything that people say to much because people can be total jerks. for exersize im sure what your doing is great but durring the week if you have a treadmille or anything like that doing 20-30 minutes a day. walk-run is good on fit tv they have at home exersizes to follow. also crunches, oblique crunches leg lifts for iner and outer thigh/leg pushups [girl pushups] sit ups all of thats really good to. for eating protiene. not only does protiene help burn fat ir helps replace fat with muscle. like salmon or chicken anything. but not like fast food. cheese but like cottage choose or plain low fat yogurt eggs hard boiled cus you fry the other kind and the oil has fat in it. i would recomend not having white bread and whole weat. for vegtables if you dont like it well.. im not sure what to do lol. i used to not like it but as i started eating more if it i did. vegitables like blueberries, peaches, bannas, oranges, apples, strawberries are always good. when you starve yourself you mostly loosing body water and that will all come back. so smaller porsions like take a meal and leave some.drink alot of water and try to cut sodas out. a soda alone can be 150+ calories. i hope ive hhelped a little.

You have to eat all veggies..all fruits...drink tons of water and eat in small propotions. The key to getting fit is not NOT EATING...its just EATING HEALTHY! So skip the junk...eat apples, oranges & salads. and work out such as riding your bike..and sounds like you already get enough exercise a week.
