Well, i have the same problem but what I do is that every day and night I wash my face with dove(it's a type of soap). My cousin also has the same problem but she uses proactive. You could try these suggestions but telling you from experience they really work.

first of all start off by cutting down on the junk like chocolates, fizzy drinks, burgers e.t.c because they are not doing your skin any favours. start by drinking plenty of water, cut down on late nights and just use water on your face instead of soaps.especially cold water as the coldness freezes the bacteria on the spot which makes the spots to disappear.
if you like to know more about this, i suggest that you go to see your doctor about it.

What is highly recommended is Proactiv Solution order it online or by phone. It is used by models, celebrities as well and has a good price plus if you're not satisified you could bring it back even though the bottle is empty and has a money back guarantee! They also guarantee a 60 day for you to see results. It is very good because it goes deep down into your pores, takes all the bacteria causing acne to come, and your skin will be clearer and cleaner. So don't wait any longer try it!

umm try proactiv, it helps me. but if you dont want to buy something that expensive, you can try using oxy pads with maximum strength. they work REALLY well. there's this astringent from Biore, and i'm gonna buy it soon because a lot of people get great results from it. so you can buy that to treat your acne. there's also this spot treatment from Stridex, and it's called Fruit Therapy. I've never actually tried it, but i've heard that they're amazing, probably the best spot treatment out there. they're like VERY hard to find, i'm not even sure if they still sell it anymore..
oh yeah, and i know someone told you that you should stay away from chocolate.. but that's totally not true. dermatologists and doctors have proven that what you eat doesnt affect your acne. hell, i eat chocolate like everyday and i'm fine.

hope i helped :)

You might try reducing or eliminating chocolate from your diet, if you eat chocolate, along with excess sugar and fats.

If acne-fighting products don't help, it's often a good idea to go back to the basics; wash your face in the morning and evening with warm water and Ivory soap.

But there are limits to what you can do. Acne is part of the maturation process; there are a lot of hormones going through your system (I'm assuming that you're a teen), and acne is just one side-effect of all those changes. It should go away with time.

If the acne is REALLY severe - for example, if it's scarring your face - then you should see your doctor. She or he may be able to prescribe something that will help.

Good luck!
