I know this probably isn't the answer you were wanting, but I think it's best to just flat out ask her how she feels. Don't beat around the bush, just say it. Just be bold, be honest, and go for it. If you want to know for a FACT what's in her heart, you MUST question her on this. Make it clear to her that you want to take your friendship 'to the next level'. And she won't be mad or angered, because it's a perfectly legitimate question. You're just asking for clarification of her feelings for you. She will understand this. Tell her all that she means to you; don't be afraid to get deep and personal, as this may enhance your chances with this lucky lady. Hopefully, this will get her to accept all of the beauty and splender she has right infront of her. =]

Tell the girl if she felt something special that day you too went out or at least something.Also what does she see in a guy and then how she would see you as and then tell her that you like her and ask her if she feels the same way.If she does not then just let it go move on you'll see other girls who you'll be interested it won't be the end of the world if that is what you'll think.If she does accept you then good for you.You should also know that some girls go for a nice personality.Best of luck to you!
