Hey im gunna move next door to this hot guy and im gunna put in a pool and so i wanna make sure i have a nice body incase he sees me swimming so if you have any diet tips or workouts for stomach, legs, or butt i would appreciate it very much
it is also good to cut back on the extra stuff (Candy soda, fried food, etc.)
if you want to lose weight/get in shape some good excises are running, lifting weights, and push-ups, pull ups, and so forth.
jj_u_i_c_y answered Monday August 22 2005, 8:05 pm: theres a lot of workouts you can do. for cardio if you have a treadmile or elipticel anything is good. if you dont have either running if your going to be putting in a pool swimming deffetly. any sport. for toning situps, crunches, oblique crunches, crunches with your legs in the air or flat on the ground. leg lifts for inside and outside leg. for the but the doggie style its where you go on hands and knees and bring you leg out and in like a dog how the piss lol. if you dont really know how to do it properly on tv they have workouts find one that you like and it could work. or bye a workout dvd. im 16 so i basicly use my eliptical and all the muscle stuff i told you. my sister uses workout dvds.
emster812 answered Monday August 22 2005, 7:29 pm: Well since you want to have a fit body you may want to eat healthier. Try trading cheetos for carrot sticks. You can just do a few crunches in the morning or a pushups at night. but don't starve yourself or go to the gym 4 hours a day for this guy... otherwords dont go extreme. anyway just try slimming down on junk food and doing a few exercises.

mystical_breeze answered Monday August 22 2005, 6:49 pm: Push-ups and crunches work really well for a nice body. Also, just playing sports and working out in your basement everyday helps. I play with a giant ball in my basement and do handstands on it, and it really is fun. I throw it against the wall constantly, and it has become a habbit for me, so I do it everyday and my muscles have gotten bigger already. Even when you're upset, it helps getting all that mad energy out of your body. Swimming is a good way to work out, so soon that will help you be more ethletic. Hope I helped!
