MeadowLark answered Tuesday August 23 2005, 9:52 am: It takes a lot of washing to get that kind of stuff out, I'm always getting vasaline stains and medicine stains on my clothes, if its thick and sticky you probably just have to keep washing it until it dilutes into the water, and dont rub it because that makes it worse. Draak answered Monday August 22 2005, 10:03 am: You might want to try using dish detergent, being that chapstick is an oily substance and dish detergent is made especially for removing grease and oil. Pretreat the stain with the dish detergent, rubbing it in really well and then give them a good wash in the washing machine.
Make sure you use dish detergent and NOT dishwasher detergent. Dishwasher detergent has bleach in it and that would ruin your pants.

Depends what color they are but bleach may be helpful (now they have a special bleach for dark clothing so if your pants are dark you may want to try using that one). Good luck with that.
