does any one know what a program vendor is?! my aim isnt working and it keeps logging out when i try to look at profiles or chat to 2 people. it sux!! please help! i rate

ugh ok and from what i just tried now, it wont lemme uninstall it... and i found this program "180search assistant.com" on my computer. could that be the reason its not working?!.
Want to answer more questions in the Technology category?

the 1800 thing is a virus or spyware of some sort. spy ware ruins you computer. make sure to get rid of it asap. AIM should work better after that. hope i helped!!

It sounds like you probably have a corrupted file in your AIM. Do a complete uninstall, reboot your computer, then install AIM again.
