Don't get stressed about this, it's nothing serious. From what you've said, it sounds like he cut you with his fingernail when he was "doing his thing". It's happened to me before, and the only thing you can really do is wait it out. The stinging should stop after a couple of days. If the bleeding and stinging last more than a week, you should go see a doctor. ]
hunnie you need to go the doctor asap..that aint normal! ]
It's possible that your boyfriend scratched you when he was fingering you. My Better Half had been fingering me, I had some bleeding and it wasn't my period (that had been and gone not long before this). I called my OB/GYN and, after describing the bleeding and what I had been doing, was told that he had probably scratched or nicked me inside.
In the future, you might want to make sure any fingernails that enter you (yours, his, whoever's) aren't jagged at all and aren't too sharp. That might cut down your chances of this happening in the future.
If the bleeding continues for much longer or gets heavier or if the pain doesn't let up or gets any worse than stinging a bit, your best bet would be to call a doctor.
Good luck and I hope you feel better,
