If your addicted to it, get rid of your tapes, and i know you (or your friend) knows when the porn comes on at night, occupy yourself so you can forget it came on, or schedule to do something else while its on to take your mind off of it. I used to watch it cause i was bored and curious haha. But then i couldnt stop cause it was interesting, so I occupied myself with computer games or something.
