Okay. There are three lunch periods at my school, lunch a, lunch b, and lunch c. Well I have two best friends, Kim and Megan. Well Kim has lunch a, Megan has b, and I have c. We all had c last year together. Its a big deal who you sit with because the lunch table you sit at you pretty much stay at. The thing is, there arent any people I know that I can stand enough to sit with everyday. Dont just tell me to go up to people I dont know that well and sit with them. Any suggestions for getting my counseler to let me switch lunches? Any other solutions? Oh and there are about 2000 kids in my school. I was new last year so I dont know anyone I didnt meet last year which wasnt that many people. any help would be great

She or he will probably as why you want to change and just telling them you want to be with your friends wont do the trick. you need to explain to her that your relationships are very strong and you need to socialize with them and that you don't know any one else. Well i would do that, hope it helpz! [ sk8trash's advice column | Ask sk8trash A Question ]

Idk if u need a doctors note tho. Its hard to say just say you cant eat that lunch cause of a conflict with a girl and you dont want to start a fight and moving your lunch will prevent no fight haha well i did my best wiht coming up sumthing...sry if its bad [ Klee0488's advice column | Ask Klee0488 A Question ]

Even though you don't want to, making friends might end up being your only alternative. Give it a try. You could also ask Kim and/or Megan if they know anyone nice who is in the same lunch with you. You could try sitting with the people they tell you about.
Sorry so short, but I hope I helped a little!
