Laurza answered Monday August 15 2005, 11:55 am: Hi there - Bleeding is an obvious sign, when miscarrying it's usually a lot of heavy blood, which may have some tissue that looks like blood clots, however most pregnant women who bleed are ok - just because you're bleeding does not mean you are deinately losing a baby. Another sign is painful cramps in your tummy - like period pains but only slighly worse. To be sure you will need to speak to your doctor and may need medical treatment as well.
