All a css sheet for xanga is is a bunch of codes put together in a certain order. You can find HTML codes for that stuff on createblog.net or blogring.net -- try both. They give you starter tips on making a code, and it has a bunch of things you need such as date, blog, banner, and left side modules. good luck.

What you can do is enter it in the search modem that would be at the top of your xanga...... It could be in a bloger or maybe it will pop up on the internet!

on xanga there are groups, search for an HTML group, and then just ask them, they all know ALOT about HTML and things similar to HTML. hope i helped!!
