try using the wall to get there at first ..it takes a while to get though..when you have try walking with it
the next few things are jumps mainly to help figure skaters but there good to burn a few calories and build up you legs--
pogo::
1. take an upright stance with knees slightly bent chest out and shoulders back
2. jump up as high as possible with you hands over you head straight up
3. in the midair it should be a straight line from your head to your toes
wall touch::
1. stand right next to a wall (perpendicular) with one side closer
2. jump as high as you can with one hand (the one closest to the wall) all the way above your head reaching as high as you can
knee tuck::
1. assume a comfortable upright stance placing hands horizontally out in the front of you
2. bend knees and jump up bringing the knees jigh towards your chest (attempting to touch your chest)
Squat::
same as kneew tuck except-
bend your knees so when you jump your feet touch your lower back
*when you land all jumps land softly by bending kneew
*try repeating each excersice 5-10 times for best results
