Usually if you sweat a lot it means you dont have a lot of fluids in your system. Just from now on if you want a soda try drinking water instead for a few weeks, see if there's a change.

Also, gatorade has like.. electrolites which actually preserves the perspiration in your body and prevents dehydration. (causing you to also sweat less)

So in school just bring a water bottle around everyday or some gatorade.

Really hope I helped.

when you get out of the shower/bath pat your self dry with a towel. then put baby powered (unscented if you'd like) all over your body .. but not like a ton. just a little. and that does something to your body .. and you dont sweat. also i if you have a sweating problem make sure you wear light clothing .. and dont put lotion all over your body . just like on your arms and stuff. not on your back or leggs (if you wear pants).

you could also go to your doctor.. but i say try that first, then go to them if you need something else.

i hope for the best. please rate me. justine xO

if you think that you really do sweat more than you should maybe you should try telling your doctor and asking if there is anything they can do to help. but if it is just during certain activities you can buy a different deoderant that is stronger and will help more.. i would reccomend Certain-Dri it definately works really well.. GOOD LUCK!!

I know exactly what to do! I had the same problem. Go to your local CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Target, and buy a product called "Certain-Dri" in the deoderoant section. It's a roll-on antiperspirant that you apply at NIGHT only, the day before you know you're going to sweat, so the next day you'll be completely dry. It's really strong and works well! Or you can go to your doctor and get a perscription for "Drysol" but Certain-Dri is the same thing and it costs about $7 at your drug store or department store. TRUST ME, it works!

Talk to your doctor. There are effective prescription treatments that can help you with this.
