hey ..alright my name is ashley ..and im 13..i weigh about 130..im 5'5..but my upper legs are HUGE......... but no one really notices..like..last year i wore pants size 1/3/4..i cant even wear a 5! and its making me very upset..iv gained almost 15 punds since school got out..and school start august 26...but im also very tall..my height is around 5'5 5'6..and i also got a big butt..how can i lose between 10-15 pounds? i hate exercising..and i crave for food everytime i try not to eat alot...please help me......- tear -

snowbird answered Saturday August 6 2005, 7:28 pm: You sound like your the right weight for your size but the only way to loose weight and keep it off is to watch what you eat and exercise. Find exercises that work the muscles in the parts you want to loose weight in IE: your legs and butt.
