Im 16 years old, i weigh 110 lbs, and im 5'6, im not fat or anything but i would love to tone my body before school starts, that is, i have ten days and i need some really good exercises, and how advice on how often i should do them!

jerryspringer answered Saturday August 6 2005, 3:54 pm: hi. i kick box. adn how we get in shape is jumping rope. you start at two minutes and do five reps of them in a row.reps are times just in case you do not know. and every week add one minute. and trust me in one week 7 days you will see a diffrents. so in 10 you should be fine. rate me and please wright back.
