need to look good before school starts Im 16 years old, i weigh 110 lbs, and im 5'6, im not fat or anything but i would love to tone my body before school starts, that is, i have ten days and i need some really good exercises, and how advice on how often i should do them!

i work out every otherday. you cant buff up in 10 days!!! it will take like a few months. go to like the ymca and ask one of the assistants there to help you. ]
There's alot of Good excercises like running or jogging around your block or neighborhood, biking, sit-ups, push-ups, dancing, walking around the mall for a couple hours, swimming, exersising vidio's, basketball, vollyball Ex........ ]
hi. i kick box. adn how we get in shape is jumping rope. you start at two minutes and do five reps of them in a row.reps are times just in case you do not know. and every week add one minute. and trust me in one week 7 days you will see a diffrents. so in 10 you should be fine. rate me and please wright back. ]
Do crunches...if you have digital cabel they have fun workouts for free, those help alot! Goodluck! By the way...you are underweight...your Body Mass Index is 17.8, it should be at least 18.5. You should gain at least 5 pounds to be a healthy weight. ]
