OK well i am making a pet site and i was wondering if anyone know where i can get free graphic artists to make items and pets and other things and free php programs..also a free co.owner.. If you know anyone anywhere please tell me. thank you.

It's going to be pretty impossible to get people to help you if you can't come up with anything except the concept of the site. My advice is to do the graphics yourself... there's lots of free software like the GIMP that's good for that. If you don't want to do that, learn php. I learned php from books off the border's discount table, it's a really loose language that's good for beginners.

Look around, and google it. Sometimes the internet is a great thing to use! Goodle Free WEb Designers and see what comes up!
