what can you do and eat that will make you loose some weight?
something like fast working?
oh an nothng that involves lots of sugar cuz im cutting down
im not fat fat but im not skinny like ppl say i dont need to loose weight but i still want to to be confident in myself
please help <3

here is info online you might find helpful..as far as eating..eat healthy with controlled portions!you wil do fine

join a track team and train for sprinting and jumping events. You can also start inline skating every weekend, and swimming once a week (any kind of stroke will work).

As far as exercises that will help, karate kicks are a very efficient way to tone your thighs. To do a crescent kick, stand with your left foot slightly in front of the right. Swing your right leg up into a 90-degree angle and angle it slightly to the right. Kick your right leg out and across your body in a semicircle, then return it to the 90-degree angle. Do three sets of 10 kicks for each leg. To do a back kick, start with your legs slightly bent and shoulder-width apart. Raise your left knee to chest level, keeping your upper body straight. Lean forward as you kick straight back, then return to your initial standing position. Do three sets of 10 kicks for each leg.

Also try sprinting, skipping, adduction and abduction (squeezing your thighs together or apart, using props like balls or bands, or exercise machines), and lunge walking.

the one thing that will help you lose it fast is... SUGAR eat lots of it especially at midnight trust me the pounds will start rolling off. :)

There's notthing that is truly really fast that works. But if you eat right and excerise regularlly, it helps. Try cutting down on soda, drink a lot of juice. Pomegranit juice is a good idea to drink too. Try doing crunches, about 250 in the morning and at night, actually using your stomach muscles, not your back. Hope I helped, Jack
