okay this guy his name is charlie! well people think he is known for wanting to get in girls pants and then breaking up with them. But, i have heard some stories about how he is really sweet to his girlfriends and is not like that. Well like that old saying "You never know til' you try". So I'd say go for it. I mean just think most people are just jealous and saying that because they probably can't get with him, and the people that are saying he's real sweet to everybody exspecially his girlfriend and he's just not like that is true. It could also be the other way around. Ya never know. But give it a try so you can figure it out if it's true or not, I'm guessing you like him if your asking advice about him. So yeah hope I helped!
