margarita_luvs_ya answered Thursday August 4 2005, 5:59 pm: food!...eating affects the way you grow 80%...I'm not kidding my health teacher told me. Try snacking on veggies or fruits. But if you don't like those you can try unsalted pretzels, no salt or butter popcorn. GUM! your new bestfriend. chewing sugar free gum helps you to not snack as often and helps you loose wait. Calcium helps you loose wait drink milk eat cheese and yougurt. Try frozen yogurt instead of Icecream. But you gotta have some kind of motion in you. Try walking ror jogging up n down your starts. Dancing is great. or buy a work out video that you like. Hula hoops gets your waist fit and the big bouncy ball is awesome. Yoga, Tai-chi, Tai-bo...there are so many things then just regular push-ups...hope you get your results [ margarita_luvs_ya's advice column | Ask margarita_luvs_ya A Question ]
