coughing I have a bad flu and have been coughing and sneezing a whole bunch my mom told me to just lay down but ever since then it has gotten worst do yall know any way that i can get rid of this cough
iwill rate high for good answers or enless you want a one you can answer badly but I really need some help on what I can buy so please answer this question

Well hun i would go and see a doctor and tell your doctor whats wrong. your doctor should have something to help you with your coughing and sneezing but eventually it should go away.Hope i helped <3 ]

for coughing halls cough drops work really good. for the flu just drink lots and lots and get some rest. there isn't much you can do for a cold.

Well the best thing for you to do is stay in bed.
Drink LOTS of tea. Green tea is the best for the flu. Buy Theraflu medicine it helps your coughing go down. DRINK lots of hot soup.

Here are some more tips
Using a humidifier may help you breathe more easily. If you do use a humidifier, remember to change the water and clean the tank daily with a mild solution of bleach.
Gargling with salt and warm water can help relieve a sore throat. Instructions: Dissolve 1/4 tsp. of salt in 8 ounces of warm water. Gargle every four hours.
Using saline nose drops may help clear your nasal passages and make you feel less stuffed up. Instructions: Dissolve 1/4 tsp. of salt in 8 ounces of warm water. Place a few drops of the solution in each nostril.
Drinking hot beverages may help relieve a sore throat and clear nasal passages. Stay away from alcoholic beverages though; alcohol may actually lead to increased nasal congestion.
Drinking plenty of decaffeinated, non-alcoholic fluids (10-12 glasses per day) can help soothe a dry throat and relieve some coughs.
Using a cool mist vaporizer.
Getting enough sleep won't cure a cold or the flu, but if your tired, you should sleep. Getting 8-10 hours of sleep when your sick is a good idea.
Being around smoke may make your sore throat and congestion even worse. Avoid smoking and being around others who are smoking.
