Well sit him down and really tell him. I'm sure you can find ways to talk to him. Email, private, phone, there are ways. If he likes you back, you have nothing to lose!!! Go for it!!

If he likes you back you have no prob. Just get a hold of him (IM, E mail, Phone) and tell him how you feel. There's a lot of girls who would kill for a guy to like them. you got to take advantage of this opprotunity.

Your best bet is to go up and start a conversation with him. If he is with a group of friends, either wait until he is done, or tell him you need to speak to him. Take him off to the side and express your feelings, and since you said he likes you back, he will probably respond with "I like you too", and so on. You are going to have to instigate the conversation between you two. The reason being, if someone likes someone else they usually keep it to themselves and hope the other person will realize it. Well people can be dumb and not notice these things, I am one of these people. So if you want this relationship to happen or at least become better friends, you will have to initiate the conversation. Good luck, and I hope I helped.
