okay, im goin to the shore towards the end of august.. and i wanna wear the kinda bathing suits i want to, without lookin bad in them. im 5'3 120 pounds. i hate my stomach, 'lovehandles [hips]' and my legs.. does anyone know anything i could do to get rid of the fat in those places. a n y help would be GREATLY appreciated. thanks

Exercise is the second step, try running & jogging regularly, leg lifts, push-ups & sit-ups, HELP. Try eating more healthier foods, dont snack up on chips & cookies all day. :) Try some fruit & veggies once in a while. Since its summer, take a dip in the pool if you can, do some laps or something. If you keep up with it, i gurantee it will help, because iv'e done it = ] Take care.
