okay, im goin to the shore towards the end of august.. and i wanna wear the kinda bathing suits i want to, without lookin bad in them. im 5'3 120 pounds. i hate my stomach, 'lovehandles [hips]' and my legs.. does anyone know anything i could do to get rid of the fat in those places. a n y help would be GREATLY appreciated. thanks

first of all I can't see you being fat because that is the average weight for your height. I am 5"4 and 106 pounds meaning I am underweight. Personally I think if you think postively and say hey I look good in this bathing suit you will begin to believe you do. If you are still into losing weight maybe go for a nightly jog and cut back on the junk. Just be careful though and love yourself for who you are not what you want to be.

You need to cut back or even stop drinking soda pop. Exercise is the second step, try running & jogging regularly, leg lifts, push-ups & sit-ups, HELP. Try eating more healthier foods, dont snack up on chips & cookies all day. :) Try some fruit & veggies once in a while. Since its summer, take a dip in the pool if you can, do some laps or something. If you keep up with it, i gurantee it will help, because iv'e done it = ] Take care.
