I have these too. And they are not pimples/acne. I have it on the backs of my upper arms and a little on the backs of my legs. I am not really sure what it is, but I just thought I would let you know that it's not acne.

They are probably tiny pimples. Buy yourself a nice face wash, exfoliant, astringent, and moisturizer. Next time you're in the shower, use the wash and exfoliant (follow directions on the bottle). After your shower, use your astringent and moistruizer (once again, follow the directions). Let the moisturizer set for a few minutes, then blot your face with toilet paper or something so that too much doesn't sit on your face.

That should help!
