My cousin made me a delicious meal... it was called Que Pasa? It was mexican rice with fried turkey... delicious! Hope you have a good birthday ]
for dinner maybe you and your mom could lay out a tabel in the kitchen on the deck whereever and you guys could put out thinks like salsa chesse meat onions tomatoes lettuce anything that you think would taste good in a taco. Then when you and your friends are ready to eat come up and let them make there own tacos! As a side dish you could lay out chips and salsa and as dessert, get the recipe for fried ice cream. Its very simple yet its all mexican! Leave feedback for me if this helped.

Nachos are very easy and most everybody loves them.
You could have one platter of Nachos with seasoned ground beef as the base, and one platter of Nachos with refried beans as the base (for vegetarians, or those watching their fat intake). You're pretty safe putting cheese on top of both, but you might want to put stuff like chopped tomatoes, onions, and sour cream on the side, because not everybody likes those.
Other favorites are Tacos, Bean Burritos, and Quesadillas.

Churros are incredibly decent. Better than most american doughnuts. ]
sopapillas are a DELICIOUS mexican dessert! They are also extremely easy to make!
1 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. Imperial granulated sugar
1/2 tbsp. shortening
5 tbsp. milk
Oil for frying
Sift flour with salt, baking powder and Imperial granulated sugar. Cut in shortening and add milk to make a dough just firm enough to roll. Cover bowl and let dough stand 30-60 seconds. Roll dough 1/4 inch thick on lightly floured board (cut in diamond shapes).
Heat 1 inch of oil to 375 degrees (electric skillet works best). Add a few pieces at a time, turning at once so they will puff evenly, they turn again to brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels and keep hot in warm oven. Serve with butter and honey thinned with a little water. Makes about 1 dozen.
Note: Roll dough very thin and fry in very hot oil a few at a time for very puffy sopapillas.
enjoy :) ]
