Fall Out Boy - "Sugar, We're Going Down", "Dance, Dance", "I Slept With Someone In Fall Out Boy and All I Got Was This Stupid Song Written About Me", and the rest of the songs on their new album.
Jimmy Eat World - "Futures"
Death Cab for Cutie - "Passenger Seat" and "Photobooth"
Papa Roach - "Take Me"
Alkaline Trio - "Time To Waste"
Finch - "Bitemarks and Bloodstains"
Breaking Benjamin - "Breakdown"
Seether - "Remedy"
Staind - "Right Here"
Green Day - "Wake Me Up When September Ends" and "Jesus of Suburbia"
Hot Hot Heat - "Middle of Nowhere"
Audioslave - "Your Time Has Come"
Garbage - "Bleed Like Me"
Rise Against - "Swing Life Away"
Stereophonics - "Dakota"

I could give you more songs and such but if you want more songs that are 'punk', go to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location). I added mostly alternative rock songs in the list above.

ahh.. the goodness.. Punk is a funny word though, it's all about opinion.. don't think anyone really knows what the true punk is.
