Well, depending on which one you mean, it can either be a photograph of a persons entire body, or it's something you do with alcohol. Normally it's done with two people of the opposite sex, or two chicks. Girl lays on bar, other person licks nect and puts sugar on it. Girl on bar puts lime in their mouth and other person licks sugar, drinks a shot of vodka and then takes the lime out of the girls mouth with theirs.
