Gorda1224 answered Saturday July 23 2005, 11:30 am: Hey,
Well if your trying to get pregnant.....what you should do is have sex everyday and have him cum inside you. You HAVE to have sex EVERYDAY. Try to increase the sex on the days around your period that way you can have a greater chance of getting pregnant. You can also go to this wesite.....www.mymonthlycycles.com. In this websit you can track your period and it could tell you the date that you will be ovulating and you can do other things aswell. Its a really col website. Hope i have helped. If you need anything else just ask.
mykonstantine101 answered Friday July 22 2005, 12:58 am: ok.. You could be pregnant.. My cousin took 3 different pregnancy tests spanning over 3 weeks.. She didn't have sex during that time.. and they all came back negative.. we'll she wanted to be absolutley postitive that she wasn't pregnant so she went to the DR's and she was.. so yes you coulda have positive result later on.. or you might not..

Condoms and contraceptive foam can be bought at walmart or a drugstore. Please use one of them if you don't want to get pregnant. I do think you should retest if you don't get your period when expected. :) [ karenR's advice column | Ask karenR A Question ]
ncblondie answered Wednesday July 20 2005, 3:39 pm: There's no real foolproof method of counting up when you will be ovulating short of buying an ovulation predictor. If you haven't missed a period yet, I wouldn't worry too much. If you have missed a period, it's possible your hormone levels haven't come up enough to show on the test yet. I would give it until your next period is due before trying another test. If it still shows negative and you still haven't had your period, you need to go to the doctor for a blood test and a checkup.
If you're using when you're ovulating to not have sex as a form of birth control, I would consider getting an ovulation predictor. They vary in price depending on where you get them and will be able to tell you when you're ovulating by just testing your saliva or urine for a hormone surge. These work best if you chart the levels. The site below offers low cost ovulation predictors in bulk.
Personally I would switch to a more convenient type of birth control-condoms, the pill, the patch, etc.
Go to your local health department or planned parenthood office and they will help you decide which is best for you as well as provide you with contraceptives at little or no cost. They do this in complete confidentiality so no one has to know. You need to protect yourself from not only pregnancy but also STDs.

xXxpinky615xXx answered Wednesday July 20 2005, 2:43 pm: It would have showed up by now. It takes about 3-5 days to actually GET pregnant (for the sperm to get to the egg and fertilize it blah blah blah) so it would have showed up by now. BUT keep in mind that pregnancy tests are NOT 100% correct. Did you guys use a condom though? If you did, there really isn't much to worry about. It would have showed up by now. But still, wait it out and see if you get your period again, if there is no period, the test was wrong. [ xXxpinky615xXx's advice column | Ask xXxpinky615xXx A Question ]
