LanaBabie answered Wednesday July 20 2005, 12:44 am: Personally, I wear it on the inside, but if you do this, don't share eyeliner with anyone because its really easy to get pink eye and other things like that that way. Also, even if you're going to wear it on the outside, which is easier since you don't have as much chance of poking your eye which hurts, then don't use anyone else's eye liner. For sweet and simple look, inside works better, but for any other, not so natural, and not so dangerous, then do outside. My advice is outside just for health reasons. Good Luck. <3 Lana [ LanaBabie's advice column | Ask LanaBabie A Question ]

lyDia_LoU answered Wednesday July 20 2005, 12:00 am: I put it on the inside and i'm totally jealous of people who put it on the outside bc it's really hard to get it next to your lashes. The outside, in my opinion, gives you a more dramatic look. On the inside it might make your eyes look smaller so be sure not to put any in the inner corners of your eye. good luck!

- put your finger on the crease of your eye, and pull it down like you want to look chinese.
- take your eyeliner and make gental tiny marks right on top of your eyelids.
