well its normal if you have your peeriod for however..i think your periods suppost to last you 7 days..(a week) but i guess its fine if you went one over..but its ok if you have a late period..unless you arte pregneat and you have a missed period..which i hope and dont think you are..its fine because my period was late and it still came..nothings wrong..and honestley theres nothing you can do...but you can just wait for your period..and if you dont have your period this mounth thats fine..my sister missed her period for 4 mounths..then she got it back..its fine..i promise nothings wrong..and like i said theres nothing you can do about it and i guess you just wait for your period to come..
hope i helped..

Sometimes your period can go off for various reasons. Added stress in your life, a diet change, exercising more, a hormone imbalance, pregnancy, even medications can effect your period.

You didn't say how long you've been having your period but I assume since you're 14 it's not more than a few years. Sometimes it takes women's bodies a while to adjust to a regular schedule.

If you don't get your period by the next month, have your parents take you to the doctor to get checked out.

i doubt you have anything to be worried about.. it*s not always exactly when you expect it. Give it a little while and if it*s not here in a couple weeks.. then you can worry. I have a friend who got hers in jan (first time) and hasn*t had it since.. now that*s weird. Or if your really athletic then it might be from that, so enjoy your time without it. well hope i helped! <3 chelsea

There's nothinng yu can do, but dont worry, nothing is wrong with yu or anything like that. Sometimes its a heavy flow, and sometimes it comes late. At our age (i'm 14 too) this stuff is totally normal, dont worry. Hope I helped!

First of all stop worrying. At your age your hormones have not settled down and it's perfectly natural for your periods to be slightly eratic.
The lengh of time you menstruate for varies , anything between three to seven day's is perfectly normal, provided the bleeding is not excessively heavy, at your age it certainly shouldn't be.
Hope this put's your mind at rest.
