burning calories if you eat alot in a short amount of time whats a good way to burn the calories off faster?

Good ways to lose weight is:
*drink a glass of cool ice water before you eat meals; this causes the stomach to shrink so you'll get full faster.
*exercise 3-5 times a week or go to the fym at least 3 times a week.

Try exercises that get your heart rate up and keep it up. All body exercises will do you the most good in this case since you're not focusing on a specific trouble spot. Running, swimming, high-impact aerobics will all help.
Drink LOTS (When you think you've had enough, drink more) of water. It will help flush the fat. ]
Well i know you didn`t ask this but eatinq alot in a short period of time isn`t very qood for you. You should have small thinqs but mroe times a day.
Okay You can run around the neighborhood or use a tredmill/stepmaster, do CRUNCHES ! they work very qood, pushups will tone your arms. and leg lifts are like crunches, umm lift weights and sqaut weights too. I'd say the BEST for buirninq calories off fast is runninq or joqqinq. and to get torned the fastest try crunches. they work really good and theres 6 different kinds you can do. hope i helped ! - courtney ]

Well for one, exersize-and eat alot of healthy food. That is what made me so skinny. So try to lay off the junk food as much as you can if your into that kind of stuff. Also eat smaller meals but then eat more meals, or like have a couple of snacks during the day. Hope it all works out.

Depends on what you're eating. If you're eating pasta & such you can run it off easily! But, if you eat like junk food you may want to keep working out && you will burn the fat off =) Hope i helped. ]
