Foods rich in protein and water will help you lose the weight. Try to reduce your carbohydrate intake to help burn the fat also. Eating spicy food will rev your metabolism making your body burn more fat.

Foods such as asparagus, apples, beets, berries, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, chili, cucumber, garlic, lettuce, grapefruit, lemon, mango, onion, orange, papaya, pineapple, spinach, turnips and zucchini are all considered negative calories which means you burn more calories digesting them then they have in them. These goods are generally good for diets since they're considered freebies and you can eat as much as you want without worrying about calories. Just make sure not to prepare them in a way that adds calories.

Hope this helps. Good luck.

Smoothies are great. Make them with tons of fresh fruits and yogurt or tofu. They are healthy and tasty.

Tofu is healthy. Try stirfrying it. It uses very little oil, so not much fat, but tons of flavor.

Experiment with salads. Different components have different tastes.

Also, steamed veggies are good.

negative calorie food are good-- like apples and broccoli and some other stuff I can't remember. Research it if it sounds like a possibility. They are negative calorie because it takes more calories to digest them than they have themselves. Good luck!
