be assertive and confident, know your style and yourself. if you think you're worthy of his attention and you truly believe it, then he'll perceive it. people pick up feeling subconsciously, for instance if he knows that you know that you guys should be together, he'll start to believe it. also look in his eyes intently when it's appropriate. this tricks the brain into producing oxytoxin which is the hormone that triggers love.
