Contacts
Ive had glasses since I was three and finally im getting contacts. Im going for an appointment to learn how to properly stick them in and stuff. I know they'll be able to really answer my questions but can anyone who has them tell me what it was like the first few days the had them? Some people told me it was painless, most others said they were in alot of pain & that it burned. I just wanna know so I can be prepared for whatever feeling I get. thanks, I'll rate.

You won't feel a thing! And trust me, I remember: It was only 3 months ago when I first got them in! It won't hurt a bit, and don't listen to other people who are trying to scare you. The only reason it would hurt is if you didn't change the solution. You just have to do that every time you take them out. There would be no reason that it would hurt the first time, or any other time! Good luck, Adri ♥

I really think that it depends on the person if contacts hurt or not. I had contacts, and they were painless. I couldn't feel them at all. On the other hand people disagree, so i really think it has to do with the sensitivity of your eye. So i don't think that i can answer that, but you can find out for yourself. well meg I have contacts and it will only hurt if one you put them in up side down or if the lens is dirty. but it will sting for about 30 secs and your eye's will be blood shot for a few days

i had glasses and now i have contacts.. when you go to the doctor.. hopefully they will put them in for you the first time and they tell you to take them out and tell you to put them in!! you cant feel them and you dont know that they are in!! they may burn at times but anyother time you dont feel them.. they are really cool!! hope i`ve helped you

oh wow ive been in your situation lol to be honset the frist days were hell beacuse i culd only were them for like a few hours a day and i was really bad at getting them in so it took like 3 people /sad hun but yea it hurts really bad if the contact as like anything on it like a tiny peice of hair or someting but if you just cleaned them there fine and they dont hurt but my eyes watered like the 1st few days every once nd a while but now ive had them for almost a year and im a pro at getting them in!lol well i told you everything i pretty much know about frist getting ask if you have any more quesgtions hope i helped ♥

i have contacts 2 i got them right when i found out i needed glasses(it was this yrs) i had no time to feel like wut glasses felt like !! i am stuburn and lazy so its tooks me months to learn to get them in by my self but its will burn a lil at the begaining but when you fist get them you do not need to wear them all day wear them for a few hrs then take them out so your eyes can slowly adjust!!! and then put them again or a lil longer tomrrow !!! they will be ard to get in and out the first couple of time!! i hve small eye so its evern harder !!!! but they do not hurt they willjust burn a lil and after a month or 2 you might want to get contacts with hydro clear !!! you can wear them day and niht for 30 day i have them and thre great!!! hope i helped!! they doo not hurt after you get used to it !! just a lil burn at the begaining ! hoped i help if you need more drop one in my box! *Tacy*

I had glasses since 2nd grade and then I finally got contacts last year. I totally hated them at first- they hurt to put it, they wouldn't go in, or I couldn't get them out. I know it sounds horrible. Once you get used to them you will love them! I do! Hope I helped...

contacts dont hurt at all, unless you dont wash them off with the cleanser and there is dust or dirt or something on the lens. promise, the dont hurt.

The people that say it burns are the people that have been using contacts for about a year and the contacts sometimes like during hot days get overheated and sting your eyes no big. But on regular days it's painless all it feels like is plastic on your eyes with water they're just painless lenses that sometimes overheat that's all I should know i have them for 2 years.

It feels kinda weird for the first couple of days, but then you get used to it and you can't even feel them. Just make sure you take care of them properly and keep them really clean. It shouldn't burn at all. If it does you have it in wrong. Hope this helps!
