OK well you can start by not eating any more junk food such as(candy,pop corn,chips,peanut butter and anything else)Some good snacks are apples,strawberrys,resberrys(my favorite)bannas,grapes and foods with not a lot of calories.Try not to drink too much soda and more water.Also strech and take runs then you'll be in great shape! ]
easy you can lose 6 pounds in opnly 2 weeks on the special K diet and do 50 curl ups a night (youll also get great abs ;) and if you eat 3 servings of dairy daily you lose more weight than cuting calories alone.

first off start with a healthy diet. cut out all carbs such as pasta && breads && sodas && sugar. start excersicing daily && focus on areas you want to be improved && you should easily lose 10 pounds! <3 carmen ]
1. Drink lots of water
2. Do situps at least 50 everyday
3. Play outside rather than just being on the computer. Ride your bike, etc.
4. Read Seventeen Magazine- they have good nutrition and workout tips.
5. Eat in moderation. Light foods like salad, smoothies, crackers...stay away from red meat.
6. Never go on a crash diet(not eating anything) or Atkins diet! (no carbs) They don't work!
7. When you are doing some excersizes, use weights to tone muscles.
8. If you have cellulite on your thighs, lay down on your back and open and close legs like scissor. This will help inner thighs. For outer thighs- lay on side and lift legs up over and over then switch to other leg.
9. Try to Feel good about yourself no matter how you look!

Low carb diets.
Lose 8-10 lbs the first week, and 2-3 lbs a week after that. it works. I lost around 25 lbs.

If you run a mile Monday-Friday, and workout a little bit everyday. I would suggest doing crunches everyday because that gives you lots of muscle. Eating healthy is important too. Make sure you eat something for breakfast, because studies have shown kids who eat breakfast weight less that kids who dont. I would think Cherrios, and Special K, and Rasin Bran are all healthy. Try cutting your portions when you eat in half. Staying physically active plays a big role. If you're going to work out, dont be suprised if you gain some weight if you're starting to get some muscle. Muscle weights more than fat, and that can really discourage people if they dont know it.
