i see people that have these things that say something and it keeps going .. like it will say "i love you" and it will scroll sideways, how do you do it ??
Another question .. I want my website to look awesome, any tips ?? Or websites that i could get help off of, or skins,layouts,ideas ??

the scrolling sideways your talking about is called a marquee. you type <marquee> YOUR TEXT <.marquee> only change that period right there to a /

It's called a MARQUEE. The code is as followed:
< marquee >YOUR WORDS HERE< / marquee >
Now go thRough and delete ALL of the EMPTY spaces WITHIN the < and >.
And this code is inseRted into youR bio. :D

I definitely recommend for you to learn HTML. Maybe you know some HTML; maybe you don't, but there's lots to learn even if you do know some. There are a lot of free sites that teach HTML, so I suggest you do a google search on that. You can use premade layouts as a learning experience, but you should definitely learn how to do it on your own.
