Blinking Red Light
On most TV sets there is a little light by the power button that lights up when TV is on. Ours has suddenly started to blink when the TV is off. What does this mean? Is it an indication the TV needs service? The color was acting up a month ago, but no longer seems to be a problem.

It's normal that the remote has some issues, maybe you need to just change the battery or if it's not too much trouble reset the tv. If that doesn't work press the reset button on the remote if there's nothin wrong with your tv even while the light continues to blink then it's just normal.

Hey! i'm not really sure what's up with it...muh guess is it's old and maybe the lightbulb on the button is goin out...as far as the color goes...who know! might wanna look for another set :(

It could possobly just be on standbye....one of our t.v.'s has that...its weird cause it's not actually on standbye, lol
