 I'm sure you don't care by now!I'm sure you guys are really sick of period questions. Heaven knows there's a lot of them.
 
 Anyway, I've had my period for about 6 years now, so not much has been new to me. Okay, so today is the day I should be getting it (seeing as how I keep a calendar)... and I noticed some blood, but then it kind of ebbed off. I'm not sure if it's completely stopped, but what's up with that? I've been exercising lately, something I never do, so could that be why it's weird today?

 umm..no..you  just  might  be  getting  your  period  late..thats  perfectely  normal..i  got  mine  like  3  days  late..its  fine..but  if  your  only  bleeding  a little..then  try  to  stop  the  excersising  for  about  2  days  and  see  if  you  get  your  period..and  if  you  do  then  you  have  just  answered  your  own  question..so   try  to  cool  it  on  the  excersising  and  see  what  happens!!!

 Exercising may be a little weird for your body right now...because...as you said...its something you never do. AsH!

 exercising is almost 99% the reason why. you see i had my first one in 7th grade *im in 10th now* and i have mine about 2 to 3 times a year *odd* but it wasn't until last year that i realized that im heavily involved in dancing everyweek for 10 months a year and that's why i don't have it as frequently. and those long distance runners in the olympics that run for like 4 hours...ya they don't have them at all.

 exercising slows down your period if its heavy so that could be why.

 well that happens to me too.. and if you don't start on your calendar day.. you might be starting it late for that month.. also like almost at the end of mine.. it dies off then comes back (alot).. then stops for that month..and exercising probably isn't the problem.. hope i helped!

 it may be that your are not eating right try taking some viteamans (sp) thats what i do cause if your not eating right than your body really replace or make the blood thats supposed to come out well hope i helped and if you have ne more quistions just drop em in my inbox

 hey- yeah, sometimes if you're working out ALOT..you're body isnt getting enough nutrients or something, and it can cause youre period to lighten up, I've had that happen to me before. No worries.

 That does sound a little weird, although I don't think being active makes your period stop. You might have just pre-started a little bit. Sometimes the day before I actually get my period I bleed a little bit. Just wait till tomorrow morning, I'm sure everything will be back to normal. I wouldn't worry about it too much, as of now.

 its probably because yor physical active..like im a dancer and i know i have iregular period because of how hard my body works..its probably only cause your working out

 Well, it's always possible.  Though, I doubt a bit of exercising would have that much of an impact on your body.  Unless of course this is sudden and excessive exercising??  Either way.. if it was only supposed to come TODAY, perhaps it will come tomorrow?  For now, I wouldn't worrie about it.. just take it day by day. :)
