Have you ever watched the show cops? When they use their radios and are like we've got a [insert random numbers here] on our hands or something like that, it's code for what the situation is. There is a different one for a hit and run, car accident, robbery, murder, etc. When drugs are being sold/used (marijuana) they say 420. That's their "code" for marijuana. Even though it's not really much of a secret now because everyone knows what 420 is. But 420 is April 20th. On April 20th, all druggies celebrate by smoking tons of marijuana. Don't ever be a druggie. It's too expensive and it kills too many damn brain cells. (I've never used drugs FYI)

420 is the only day where the people that smoke and do drugs and they can do drugs and smoke without getting in trouble.

4:20 comes from the forth month, April, and the 20th day. It's national weed smoking day, where people smoke weed pretty much all day long.
