Whenever a best friend says they'll talk to a guy for you, it usually doesn't work out. YOu just got to get out, flirt a lot (but not too much), find some common interests with him. And before you jump into things, make sure he has good values and is an all around nice guy, it's not all about looks (trust me).

Do you have any messaging system like AIM or something that he has? if so get his user name.. If you already have it then just start talking and be really flirty.. and then sometime just be like hey im bored wana do something? Thats what I do :) its really actualy easy...
