hey is it really bad for your body when u start to eat less? im about 5'5 and i think im like 110-113 lbs and i want to start eating healthier foods and just eating a little less. Its not like im doing a crash diet or anything or turning anerexic. im j/w can that do any damage to my body? oh and also im taking medicine for lyme disease, that wont make it any worse will it?

As long as you are getting your main 5 food groups, and are getting at leave 1400 cals a day, you're completely healthy.It's actually better for you to eat healthier but dont try to lose weight and i wouldnt recommend eating less because you're already at your perfect weight for your height.About lyme disease, definately talk to your doctor about it first.

As long as you keep your food healthy, and eat plenty of protein and get everything your body needs I don't see what's wrong. You shouldn't eat less though, eating healthy doesn't mean less, you can still eat just as much as you would when you weren't eating healthy. ]
Don't start to eat less it's really bad for your body. Just eat bits and pieces. Veggies and fruits are also good for your body if you wanna lose some weight because you don't gain any pounds from them. Hope I helped!

do not eat less, just eat smaller healthy meals more often. like eat 5 small meals/ snacks a day ALL HEALTHY. that will make you lose weight even tho you DO NOT NEED TO. im 5'6 and weigh 125 and look just fine. ]
i dont think the medicine will do anything but im conserned about the eating less thing. i know that you say its not a crash diet or anything but in some cases one thing leads to the next. so dont eat less just healthier foods. and do something fun like swim alot or ride your bike more offten. ]
I don't think you should. 110-113 lbs is a healthy weight for someone 5"5. It's good that you want to eat healthier foods, but you shouldn't eat less. You should eat when you're hungry and stop when you're full. It won't damage your body , and I know that you're not anorxeic, but often times "eating less" can lead to anorexia, which can [damage your body]. Also, if you don't eat as much as you can, you could lose energy so you won't work as well ]
