Cell Phones

Question Posted Wednesday June 29 2005, 8:33 pm

Wasnt really sure what to put this under but here it goes. I just got a new cell phone and the ring tones that came with it suck. I was wondering if anybody out there uses Jamster. How bad do they rip you, how much does it cost and how many downloads do you get? If you think Jamster sucks, where do you download your tones and how much does it cost? Thanks alot in advance :)

ok well i dont know what kind of phone you have, but if its a verizon phone (and im guessing you dont have Get It Now) there is this website with a bunch of ringtones and backrounds and stuff on it (www.vtext.com) what you do is enter all the required info and it will text the song or pic to your phone! Hope I helped!

well i have a verizon phone, and all you have to do is go to the get it now page, (on your phone) then go to ring tones, download a program, and then u have to buy credits the credits are normally some where about 2-3 dollars for 2 credits, most songs are worth one credit...... and as for jamester, my freind use to use it, but it was costing her too much money, so i think its a rip off

I have just the thing for you. For like $9.99 you can get unlimited downloads from a site called www.3gupload.com. They have awesome ringtones. But in order to do this you must have wireless web, which i assume you have because you use Jamster. Jamster is not the best thing to use, as you obviously have noticed. Well tell me how you like it. They have some great stuff. They have MIDI's and acutal music files. Hope I helped! Need more? Just ask me, or get my SN from my column. Rate!

Sincerely,

-TW
