Well which one do you like more? You might want to get to know "Z" better because then you will know what he is like. "N" sounds like a really nice guy though, and he seems like he likes you too. If you like "N" ask him out or just plan a day when you can be together. Introduce "N" to your friends, and if you like "N" just tell them you like him and not "Z" anymore. It shouldn't be a problem or anything, since it is your descicion about who you like.

Hope I helped,
mystical_breeze (Alexa)

*Edit: Okay .. thanks for giving me a three =/

Get to know them both, then decide. If you still can't, have an open relationship with both - you are dating them both, but it's not a committed relationship, so it's ok. Just make sure they know it's an open relationship.

Hm...this is hard! I would try to get Z to notice you more, like say hey and have fun and be fun around him! He'll notice you more if you are outgoing. But on the other hand,N sound cool to.What i would do is-
Make Z notice you a lot more, and still talk to N,maybe your friends have 3-way and you can talk to N on the phone and 3-way your friends so they'll no him more! Try both out and if Z still dosn't notice you go for N
[[try like...3 days to get Z to notice you but if he dosent then dont go for it.]]

but i would go with N to give you a straight- out answer

I say forget about Z. He doesn't appear to be worth your time. Besides you already have somewhat of a friendship with N, so it would be easier to turn it into something more. You say N is sweet and nice, and if he really is then chances are he might be interested in you too! If it doesn't work out with N you could always go for Z, but N seems like a much better choice.
