which school
ok i have to decide which highschool to go to next year. first i am going to tell you a lil about the first highschool. this highschool is what you call a ghetto highschool it is full of gangs. it has a bad reputation and used to have cops there. the good thing about this highschool is that most of my friend are going there. the second highschool. this one is a prep kind of highschool that is full of rich people and people that are my same race. expect allt he people that are my race are way to preppy and think they are so cool with the luxury cars. i was thinking of goin to the 2nd highschool but people say it is full of drugs and violance. which one should i choice? i knoe they arent the best of highschool but those r my choice becasue the rest arent even close to me and they are already full. please help me!

I can't tell you which school to choose, but I can offer a few more questions to ask yourself before deciding.
Does one school have better teachers than the other?
You say the first school "used to have cops", does that mean the problems have been solved there?
Are you into sports? If so does one school have a better sports program than the other?
Do you ride the bus or walk? If walk is one neighbourhood safer than the other for walking?
If bus, are the buses safe or is there violence on the bus too?
Which is worse, Gun fire and possibly getting attacked or killed. Or putting up with a bunch of kids who you know are snobs? Drugs seem to be everywhere so that is a moot point. I guess does one school have dealers and the other just users?
Are the friends who currently go to school one good students or do they have problems concentrating due to the environment? Do they stay out of trouble?
Okay, make a list pros and cons of each. Good luck with your decision. :)

I'd have to say the first one. Just think about it--you do not want to go to a school that judges you because your not rich,think they are cool but they are not,full of snobs,and still have drugs and violence. Were the second one you will have friends,have fun,do good in school,sure it has a bad rep. and full of gangs,but if you stay away from those people and stick with your friends you can aviod all of this! While if you went to the second one you might have no friends,and still get enrolled with violence and drugs. So i say the first one.

ok if i was you i would prob. go to the 2nd one because even though your friends are going but if that school is full of gangs and have a bad rep. you dont want to be one for them and you can still be friends with them and have some new friends and even though you say that the 2nd school they think they are cool and everything you never know you might be wrong and they are actually nice and dont think they know it all.

If I were you I would go to the one that has more of your friends there. Although the other school has a better reputation, it doesn't sound like you would enjoy it because none of your friends are there and it doesn't sound like you are too fond of the people who go there. You will be happier at the high school with your friends, so you will probably do better with your school work, because you will have a better attitude. So my opinion is to go with the school that your friends go to. Need anything else? Just let me know!
