Vitamin E protects the tissue in your skin, eyes, liver and lungs. It can be found in sunflower seeds, leafy green vegetables, avocados and nuts.

Spinach (raw)
mango (raw)
kiwi without skin
soybean oil
broccoli (frozen, chopped or boiled)
corn oil
dry roasted peanuts
